The Spring/Summer 2021 season is already knocking on our doors, as we begin to step outside in a soon to be pandemic-free world (we hope so). In this last couple of weeks, we have already seen Maharishi, Haven, Nemen and Veilance’s SS21 collections. And today is the turn of technical label Klättermusen.
The techwear Swedish brand has introduced its latest garments’ updates for the warmer season. With craftsmanship and technicality at its core, alongside its commitment to the planet ―which continues to improve season by season―, Klättermusen has launched the “Made to Last” collection.
The label’s Spring/Summer collection features progressive and innovative fabrics, such as an enhanced Retina fabric and a lighter version of the Cutan for wind and waterproof garments, like the Asynja pants and jackets. In that way they assure the highest performance making use of the best sustainable fabrics available on the market.
According to the brand, the “Made to Last” collection was designed to fit both the experienced outdoor explorer. And the day-hiker and it is based on the concept “maximum safety for you, minimum impact on nature”, which undoubtedly reflects Klättermusen’ DNA. Moreover, the safety box can be easily checked this season thanks to the addition of triangle-shaped reflectors to the garments. .
Klättermusen is one of the most experienced brands on mountaineering equipment and this time is no different. The SS21 focuses on hiking and trekking activities, which we can admit are a great weekend plan to enjoy the open air and still be cautious about the coronavirus.
“Made to Last” was in fact inspired by the colour and seasonal changes of Sweden’s Jämtland mountains. You can check out the complete women’s lookbook here and the men’s lookbook here.
