EBIT™ stands for Enjoy Being in Transition™ and it’s an emerging collective that looks to spread conversation about mental health in various fields, such as fashion, art and the music business.
EBIT™ has now made its comeback referencing the myth around that ten percent of the brain. The campaign is entitled Aron’s 90% Test Dummy [E019] and it puts the spotlight around neuroscience.
Well, the whole point of EBIT™ is to underline that people who find themselves on the spectrum of mental health are “gifted” as they are the only ones who can access that (apparently) unreacheable 90% of the mind.
Aron’s 90% Test Dummy’s is the result of a collaboration between creative director Soo Joo Park, the renowned Korean-American fashion model, along with Dutch artist and real-time generalist, Aron Versteeg.
The products featured in the E019 were created using only virtual technologies and they appear in both physical and virtual forms. This makes Aron’s 90% Test Dummy the first camping in the entire world to include objects available in both forms. The products also appear as gender-equal or non-binary.
In the physical world, the SUNRAY T-shirt [E004] as well as the HORIZON T-shirt [E005] were designed using 100% Italian organic cotton. They also have EBIT™’s signature Mental Care Label [E012], which references mental health, morality and progressive youth culture. Physical products can only be purchased through EBIT™’s Dealers, so you can DM them to find out where your local dealer is.
On the other hand, Versteeg’s virtual representations were created on Unreal Engine (a real-time 3D creation platform), using Clo3D, Zbrush, Substance Painter and iClone technologies. The virtual products are available for digital styling, virtual editorial shoots, gamification and avatars.
According to EBIT™: “Aron’s 90% Test Dummy [E019] may or may not be available soon to purchase as an NFT”.
