CP Company has been celebrating its 50th anniversary for almost four months now. From its first limited-edition anniversary book and an exclusive capsule reinterpreting archive imagery, to collaborative collections with Dutch label Patta and Italian brand Sebago, CP Company has been blessing us with release after release.
And celebrations keep on going. Now, the sportswear label has announced an upcoming retrospective exhibition that will pay homage to the brand’s five-decades-long heritage and Massimo Osti’s esteemed legacy. The exhibition is part of the British Textile Biennial 2021 programme, held in Darwen, Lancashire, from the 1st to the 10th October.
What to expect? The retrospective will dive into CP Company’s rich history and it will display exclusive archive pieces from the label. Activities such as panel talks, student workshops, and the opportunity to meet and speak with iconic figures from the sportswear and casual culture, as well as the brand’s current team, will also be part of this exhibit.
There are no further details about the upcoming show, but we will keep you posted. To stay up to date, you can also check out CP Company and the British Textile Biennial’s websites.
