Only one day left to start September and Apple is apparently facing a busy schedule for what’s left of this year.
There have been rumors that state that the company is launching the new four models of the iPhone 13 and the third generation of AirPods during the following weeks. Allegedly, both the smartphone and the earbuds are scheduled to arrive on September 17th and the 30th, respectively, yet there hasn’t been an official announcement regarding them.
Aside from these leaks, word on the streets says that the company could also be introducing its Apple Car by the end of 2021. The rumors started after an interview between Nobel Prize winner Akira Yoshino and Reuters.
The Japanese chemist responsible for the first viable and safe lithium-ion battery expressed that he believed the so coveted car was going to be unveiled later this year. Certainly sooner than we expected.
Beside debating about Tesla, the next generation of electric vehicles and the future of autonomous mobility, Akira Yoshino also considered the possibility of Apple becoming the convergence company between the automotive and the information technology industries.
As we said, there haven’t been official communications about the Apple Car either, but a statement this big coming from Yoshino surely has some truth in it.
