On September 4th and 5th, Arc’teryx will be celebrating the opening of a new Arc’type store in London with live performances, giveaways and so much more. Situated specifically in Covent Garden, the new store is the brand’s second location in the country, along with Arc’teryx flagship store in Piccadilly Circus.
Actually, at the moment there are only six Arc’type stores all around the world, so we can say it’s a rare event and that explains our excitement for this brand-new opening. This upcoming retail store will be quite unique compared to the other locations in Europe, as it has been branded as a micro-store concept.
The small store approach will provide a versatile shopping experience that goes in tune with the brand’s long celebrated legacy. It will house a selection of twenty-two essential pieces, including outdoor equipment, and signature technical apparel, such as the Alpha SV and the Therme Parka.
The London Covent Garden micro-store will provide gear for all types of outdoor activities, but far from being an overwhelming experience, it will actually feel like a custom service, thanks to the brand’s focus on the most iconic and best performance products only.
According to Sven Radtke, General Manager EMEA, London has a rich and strong outdoor culture, and that is why it was the perfect spot for a new Arc’type store. If you find yourself in the city this weekend, then we’ve already given you some interesting plans.
