A-COLD-WALL* has given us plenty to talk about this year with its Fall/Winter and Spring/Summer collections, as well as its latest collaboration with BEATS by Dr.Dre to create the BEATS Studio3 Wireless ACW* Limited Edition headphones.
Now, the UK brand is getting ready for the bleak weather of winter season with a new addition to its footwear line. We are talking about the NC.1 DIRT MOC HI boots.
A-COLD-WALL*’s high boots feature the brand’s signature utilitarian look and monochromatic black aesthetic. They are designed using a combination of leather, neoprene and rubber materials.
The industrial-like sneakers provide a hi-top elasticated sock insert, made of rubberised leather and neoprene, which is then topped off with a performance coating fit for rain, snow and cold.
The ankle-length leather boots present a rounded toe and a translucent rubber sole with contrasting panel details, while the upper is complete with a ACW* bracket logo in white color on the side and stamped text branding on the heel pull tab.
A-COLD-WALL*’s NC.1 high boots are a clear example of Samuel Ross’ imprint, as they merge the utilitarian, functional and industrial aesthetic that have become a trademark of his designs. These are all-terrain, slip-on sneakers with thermoplastic rubber sole and water-resistance coating.
The NC.1 DIRT MOC HI boots are available on the brand’s website and select retailers for a starting price of $442 USD (about £340 GBP).
