Times Square will become a gallery for crypto art and augmented reality on Tuesday, November 2nd. NFT Magazine is launching its first-ever event tomorrow in the most iconic area of New York City with the intention of bringing NFT culture and people closer together.
The Crypto Art Fair will be a state-of-the-art visual experience: a place of engagement and interaction between the most innovative artists in the crypto art world and the public. Over 70 artists will participate during the event, among which we can highlight SHANEF3D, AEFORIA, Carla Gannis, Taehoon Park, VEXX, Antoni Tudisco and EM.1T.
It’s a shared social experience that will include an exhibition with augmented reality technology too. In fact, NFT Magazine teamed up with AR platform SuperWorld and social platform Pollinate to create this one-of-a-kind fair. In order to experience the augmented reality art show, you’ll need to download the SuperWorld app to your phone.
This is a free, public experience, although there are paid sideshows you can join as well. NFT Magazine also partnered with CSTM Haus to host a panel discussion featuring moderator Rodni Baja, and speakers from SuperWorld, Pollinate and CSTM itself. You can get your tickets to enjoy this part of the Crypto Art Fair here.
Another sideshow includes an afterparty at NTF Magazine’s local venue at 675 Hudson St., Suite 4S, in the evening from 6pm to 9pm.
The Crypto Art Fair will be held on a massive 15,000 square foot billboard featuring the artists’ work during the entire day. The augmented reality experience will actually last for one more day. In similar news, take a look at WOAW gallery’s metaphysical artshow in Hong Kong.
