JUUN.J and GORE-TEX have parterened to release a new collaborative capsule collection that features wind and water resistance properties, as well as breathable construction.
The capsule collection encompasses technical gear, which merges GORE-TEX signature technologies and JUUN.J’s dynamic design. The garments are waterproof, windproof and they are made of breathable materials.
The new FW21 collection will arrive under the name GORPCORE, yet none of the brands has announced an official release date. The label’s aesthetic is a combination of modern streetwear style, with a dose of functionality.
The looks combine an utilitarian approach 一including GORE-TEX’s technical benefits一 with deconstructed tailoring norms. The upcoming capsule collection has been teased on Instagram by the Japanese label, who has shared one of the looks that this release will comprise.
The style was a color-contrast mid-length down jumper, which was shown in a video with black&white aesthetic. From what we can see, the style includes zippers, multiple utilitarian pockets and detachable details.
